A Sound bath is a modern healing modality designed to put you in a state of ease. It can be very relaxing to your nervous system. This is important because we want to revisit our past with grace and wisdom.

Releasing our past is very healing for our future. In fact, it allows us to notice and illuminate the present. The fountain of youth is in our ability to relish in each moment.

We now know this has everything to do with our life experience. Our personal life experience has created the story of who we see ourself to be. So lets take a moment to get intentional about what it is that we would like to let go of, in order to make room for what it is we want to bring in!

Listen to this sound bath as many times as you would like. The more relaxed you are the better.

A Message from Your Future Self

Close your eyes.
Picture yourself at 90 years old.
She’s radiant. Wise. Unapologetically herself.

Now imagine her looking back at this moment — right now.
What would she say to you?

Would she applaud you for staying small?
For playing it safe?
For clinging to relationships, jobs, and habits that dim your spark?

Or would she be cheering you on, whispering:
“Go for it, love. Be bold. Be messy. But whatever you do — don’t abandon your soul.”

Because deep down, you already know.
You’ve been running on someone else’s script.
You’ve been carrying backpacks full of beliefs that were never yours to begin with.
Inherited fear. Old programming.
A life built through the lens of what you were told was “safe,” “right,” or “possible.”

But now…
This is the REVISION.

This is the space where we get honest, get still, and get free.

This workshop isn’t about checking a box or doing it perfectly.
It’s a sacred pause — a chance to sit with what’s been weighing on you…
…and release it.

So ask yourself:

  • What truths have you swallowed that were never meant for you?

  • What parts of yourself have you ignored in order to be loved or accepted?

  • Whose fear are you living out?

  • And what version of YOU is waiting on the other side of that release?

Use the journal prompts to dive deep.
Let your movement be prayer.
Let your stillness be revolution.

The “work” is LIFE. And LIFE is the “work.”

You came here whole. And you’ve always known what you’re meant to do — but you’ve never had the time, or the space, or the safety to fully go there.

Now you do.

This is your reminder:

You are not broken.
You are not behind.
And you are never alone.

The Universe is conspiring on your behalf.
Your body is a sacred altar.
Your dreams are your birthright.
And your future self is already so proud of you for showing up.

So breathe deep.
Feel into your aliveness.
Get outside. Move your body. Meditate. Laugh. Cry.
Make more love. To yourself. To others. To the life you’re co-creating.

Love comes in many packages.
And you, divine one, have the right to exude and receive more of it — every single day.

This is your access point.
This is your rewrite.
This is where you rise.
